男,1963 年 10 月生,博士,教授, 英国剑桥大学留学回国人员,

2002年由中南大学认定为博士生导师。长期从事光伏、电子器件与微纳功能材制备与表征方向的应用基础研究与高层次人才培养工作。作为项目负责人或执行负责人完成了国家自然科学基金重大项目、面上项目、863项目等课题 10 余项。

目前,主要从事太阳能电池材料与新工艺技术、新能源器件与系统的计算机仿真以及热沉与电子器件的散热问题方面的研究工作。已获国家发明专利8项;发表学术论文140余篇,其中被SCI、EI收录100余篇次;获省部级科技成果三等奖1项,获中国优秀博士后论文二等奖。已培养硕士、博士30余人。学术兼职有:国家科学技术奖评奖委员会专家,全国优秀博士学位论文评审专家,国家自科基金等项目函评专家,中国电子学会可靠性分会委员,湖南省生产力学会理事,国际材料联合会会员,等;社会兼职有:第九、第十届中国民主同盟湖南省委常委,政协湖南省委员会第九、第十届委员会委员,第九届中国民主同盟湖南省科技工作委员会主任委员,等。
